This product is an antiparkinsonism drug that slows the breakdown of neurotransmitters in the brain and increases the release of dopamine. As a treatment for Alzheimer's disease, Deprenyl has showed improvement in the areas of attention and memory. Also used as a sexual stimulant.
Do not take if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, or have taken a MAO inhibitor recently.
